SCRUM: METODOLOGIA ÁGIL COMO FERRAMENTA DE GERENCIAMENTO DE PROJETOS

Resumo

As empresas vêm mudando o jeito de gerir suas demandas, buscando trabalhar com projetos, por isso faz-se importante compreender a metodologia ágil. A falta de um gerenciamento padronizado para guiar e auxiliar equipes, muitas vezes, causa problemas no repasse de informações, prejudicando a empresa. Assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar o Movimento Ágil, sua compreensão e finalidade, introduzir as principais metodologias ágeis disponíveis no mercado, focando na metodologia Scrum, suas características, métodos e consequências de utilização no gerenciamento de projetos e os benefícios que proporciona às empresas que a utilizam. Para atingir o objetivo proposto, analisou-se a definição do Scrum, suas consequências e aplicações por meio de pesquisas bibliográficas em livros, estudos de casos e nas plataformas digitais. Conclui-se que, para haver eficiência na aplicação do Scrum, todas as áreas da empresa devem estar alinhadas à sua proposta e princípios, seus papéis bem definidos e responsabilidades estabelecidas dentre a equipe de projeto, seguindo as práticas disciplinadamente e evitando a sobrecarga de responsabilidades em um mesmo indivíduo. Portanto, o Scrum apresenta benefícios que, aplicados de forma correta, podem gerar motivação à equipe, alavancando os resultados de um projeto e, consequentemente, a satisfação do cliente.

ABSTRACT

Companies have been changing the way of managing their demands, seeking to work with projects, so it’s important to understand the agile methodology. The lack of standardized management to guide and assist teams often causes problems in passing on information, harming the company. Thus, this paper aims to present the Agile Movement, understanding and purpose, to introduce the main agile methodologies available in the market, focusing on the Scrum methodology, characteristics, methods and the consequences of use in project management and the benefits it provides to companies who use it. In order to achieve the proposed goal, we analyzed the definition of Scrum, consequences and applications through bibliographic research in books, case studies and digital platforms. It’s concluded that in order to be effective in the application of Scrum, all areas of the company should be aligned with its proposal and principles, its well defined roles and responsibilities established among the project team, following the practices in a disciplined way and avoiding the overload of responsibilities in the same individual. Therefore, Scrum presents benefits that can motivate the team applied correctly, leveraging the results of a project and customer satisfaction consequently.
