A ATUAÇÃO DO PSICÓLOGO NA MEDIDA SOCIOEDUACATIVA DE SEMILIBERDADE

RESUMO:

Este artigo tem como objetivo esclarecer o papel do psicólogo jurídico na execução de medida socioeducativa de semiliberdade. O trabalho inicia-se com um breve histórico sobre o que é adolescer, seguido da contextualização do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, frisando seus direitos e deveres, em especial no tocante às medidas socioeducativas aplicadas aos adolescentes na prática de atos infracionais. Destaca-se o alvo principal, que é o papel do psicólogo e seu compromisso ético, político e social diante da medida socioeducativa de semiliberdade. Analisam-se também os fatores sociais relacionados aos atos infracionais na adolescência e apontam-se dados estatísticos relacionados às medidas socioeducativas. O método utilizado foi estritamente bibliográfico, com base em consultas de artigos, leis e dados divulgados pelos órgãos oficiais do governo. O artigo tem como intuito responder à pergunta: Quais as possibilidades de atuação do psicólogo jurídico na medida socioeducativa de semiliberdade? Conclui-se que suas ações na instituição transcorrem do auxílio aos adolescentes para terem novos projetos de vida, aprendendo a respeitar regras e limites, visando também a importância de fortalecer as relações na comunidade e os laços familiares.

THE ROLE OF THE PSYCHOLOGIST ON THE SOCIAL EDUCATIONAL ACT OF PROBATION
 

ABSTRACT:

The goal of the current study is to clarify the role of the psychologist in the execution of the act of probation. The article starts with a brief review about what is a to become a teenager, according to the context of the “Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente”, emphasizing their rights and duties, in particular in the matter of teenagers committing crimes and what measures are applied. The main target is to study the role of the psychologist and its ethical, political and social commitment to society related to juveniles on probation. It also analyzes the social facts that are related for them to engage in unlawful acts during a young age and it points out statistics data related to social educational programs. The method used was strictly bibliographic, based on articles, laws and data shared by government offices. The article intends to answer the question: What are the possibilities to work for the psychologist during the social educational act of probation for juveniles¿ It concludes that his actions in the institution go through helping the juveniles to create new life projects, learning how to respect rules and to have limits. It also concludes that is important to strengthen their relations with the community and their family.
