LAÇOS E AFETOS DA ALIENAÇÃO PARENTAL: A CRIANÇA E A FAMÍLIA SOB A PERSPECTIVA DA GESTALT

Resumo

O presente estudo aborda a Alienação Parental sob a perspectiva da Gestalt- Terapia, sendo utilizado um referencial teórico do âmbito judicial e gestáltico a fim de possibilitar uma conversa entre estes meios. Buscando a compreensão de uma violação de direito vivenciado em uma alienação, onde criança se torna vítima de uma situação conflituosa no seu ambiente familiar, assim entendemos a Gestalt como uma abordagem cabível para o estudo, por esta compreender a importância da família e suas relações e como isto interfere no desenvolvimento de uma criança. Portanto, a fim de trazer uma nova perspectiva sobre os temas, o estudo buscou apresentar a associação das idéias no sentido de ampliar conhecimento de Gestalt sobre crianças e sobre a complexidade e afetação que existe no contexto de uma alienação parental. Além do referencial, ainda foi utilizado o filme A Morte Inventada que é um documentário em que profissionais de psicologia, direito e serviço social, juntamente com pessoas que sofreram alienação, explicam melhor o que é alienação e como se sentem diante disto. A partir daí foi feita uma análise para assim, associar as teorias às falas das pessoas do documentário, para que seja possível um estudo qualitativo desenvolvendo associações teorias de forma mais acessível, visto que se trata de um trabalho de conclusão de curso. O propósito deste trabalho é possibilitar que haja melhor compreensão do que é Alienação parental e em que sentido a Gestalt terapia pode auxiliar no tratamento de pessoas que passaram por essa violação de direitos.

ABSTRACT

The present work deals with Parental Alienation from the Gestalt-Therapy perspective, using a theoretical framework of the judicial and gestalt scope in order to enable a conversation between these realings. Faced with a violation of law experienced in alienation, the child becomes the victim of a conflictive situation in his family environment. Gestalt was seen as a suitable approach to the study, for it to understand the importance of family and its relationships and how this interferes in the development of a child. Therefore, in order to bring a new perspective on the themes, the study sought to present the association of ideas in order to extend Gestalt knowledge about children and the complexity and affectation that exists in the context of a parental alienation. In addition to the referential, the film The Death Invented is still used which is a documentary in which professionals of psychology, law and social service, together with people who have suffered alienation, explain better what alienation is and how they feel about it. From that point on, an analysis was made to associate theories with the statements of the people of the documentary, so that a qualitative study could be developed by developing associations of theories in a more accessible way, since it is a work of conclusion of course. The purpose of this work is to enable a better understanding of what Parental Alienation is and in what sense Gestalt therapy can assist in the treatment of people who have experienced this violation of rights.
