RESUMO:

O presente artigo abordou a relação da juventude em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de liberdade assistida e a escola, desvendando as formas em que essa relação se dá e os conflitos surgidos a partir dela. Teve por objetivos compreender que diferentes juventudes se encontram em nosso país, analisar o histórico em que os jovens passam de menores em situação irregular para sujeitos de direitos, conhecer as medidas socioeducativas, focando especificamente na medida de liberdade assistida e entender a relação do jovem em conflito com a lei e a violência. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória que busca aprofundar o conhecimento sobre as temáticas citadas. Através da análise das referências utilizadas foi possível constatar que os jovens em conflito com a lei possuem diversas dificuldades ao adentrarem no espaço escolar. Tal situação ocorre por uma série de fatores no qual se pode citar o despreparo dos profissionais em lidar com esta problemática, os estigmas e preconceitos, além do processo de marginalização que os muitos alunos passam na esfera educacional por não se encaixarem a determinados padrões. Faz-se necessário o rompimento da escola com as lógicas discriminatórias, criando um ambiente que contemple as diferenças e que reforce os potenciais de seus alunos, entendendo que todos são produtores de cultura.

YOUTH, ASSISTED FREEDOM AND EDUCATION

ABSTRACT:

This article will address the relationship of youths serving socio-educative measures of assisted freedom and the school, revealing the ways in which this relationship occurs and the conflicts that arise from it. Its objectives are to understand the different youths in our country, to analyze the history in which young people live as underage in an irregular situation to subjects of rights, to know the socio-educational measures, focusing specifically on the measure of assisted freedom and to understand the relation of the young person in conflict with law and violence. It is an exploratory research that seeks to deepen the knowledge about the topics mentioned. Through the analysis of the references used it is possible to verify that young people in conflict with the law have several difficulties to enter the school. This situation occurs due to a series of factors in which the professionals' lack of preparation in dealing with this problem, stigmas and prejudices, and the process of marginalization that many students pass in the educational sphere because they do not fit certain standards. It is necessary to change the school with the discriminatory logics, creating an environment that contemplates the differences and that reinforces the potentials of its students, understanding that all are producers of culture.
