PSICOSE: ALGUMAS CONSIDERAÇÕES

RESUMO:

O referente artigo é uma síntese sobre a natureza da organização do sujeito psicótico e sua manifestação na clínica psicanalítica. Tal interesse surgiu através de supervisões e conteúdos ministrados em sala de aula. Este estudo proporcionará um maior conhecimento teórico sobre os conceitos de: desejo, delírio, alucinações e da transferência na constituição do psicótico. Também serão trabalhadas algumas diferenças estruturais determinantes entre as psicoses e as neuroses, do qual são constituídas por meio de mecanismos específicos de defesa propostos pela teoria psicanalítica. Um dos pontos cruciais quando se trata de compreender essas estruturas mentais supracitadas é a partir da compreensão dos seus meios de funcionamento, que para o pai da psicanálise Sigmund Freud, é a forma como o sujeito se organiza a partir do Complexo de Édipo. Esse estudo foi esquematizado de forma sucinta a partir de uma revisão bibliográfica, e visa fomentar o aprofundamento dos estudos no campo da clínica das psicoses.

PSYCHOSIS:  SOME CONSIDERATIONS

ABSTRACT:

The referring article is a synthesis on the nature of the organization of the psychotic subject and its manifestation in the psychoanalytic clinic. This interest arose through supervisions and contents taught in the classroom. This study will provide a greater theoretical knowledge about the concepts of: desire, delusion, hallucinations and transference in the constitution of the psychotic. Some structural differences between the psychoses and the neuroses will also be worked out, from which they are constituted through specific defense mechanisms proposed by psychoanalytic theory. One of the crucial points when it comes to understanding these mental structures above is from the understanding of their means of functioning, which for the father of psychoanalysis Sigmund Freud is the way the subject is organized from the Oedipus Complex. This study was succinctly outlined from a bibliographical review, and aims to foster the deepening of studies in the field of clinical psychosis.
