HÁ TRANSFERÊNCIA NA CLÍNICA PSICANALÍTICA DO BEBÊ E DA CRIANÇA PEQUENA EM RISCO DE AUTISMO?

RESUMO:

O presente artigo discute o conceito de transferência dentro das diferentes clínicas psicanalíticas, como a do adulto, da criança e do bebê e analisa a possibilidade de haver transferência na especificidade da clínica com bebês e crianças pequenas em risco de autismo. A peculiaridade da transferência, nesta clínica se faz justamente na antecipação, por parte do analista, ao acreditar que naquele bebê possa haver um sujeito, mesmo que na condição autística. O analista atua justamente no laço entre a cuidadora e o bebê, e a possibilidade de transferência seria estabelecida tanto com os cuidadores quanto com o próprio bebê ou criança pequena em risco de autismo. Para tanto, recorre-se aos referenciais da epistemologia da psicanálise afim de se levantar uma estratégia para a leitura dos textos psicanalíticos que vá além do que já foi previamente estabelecido no campo destes estudos. Os textos clássicos de Freud foram utilizados como instrumentos desta pesquisa, da mesma maneira que pesquisas feitas por Ângela Vorcaro, Inês Catão, Marie Christine Laznik e Jean-Michel Vivès, dentre outros autores.

ABSTRACT:

This paper discusses the concept of transference within the different psychoanalytic clinics as, the adult, the child and the baby ones , and analyzes the possibility of having transference in the specificity of the clinic with babies and young children under autism risk. The psychoanalysis with babies is growing increasingly in importance within the clinic, mainly regarding cases of babies under risk of autism. The peculiarity of transference in this clinic is exactly the analyst making believe that may be a subject in the referred baby, even if in the autistic condition. The analyst performs precisely in the bond between the caregiver and the baby, and the possibility of transference would be established both with the caregivers and with the baby himself or the young child under autism risk.
