A CRIANÇA COM DIAGNÓSTICO DE AUTISMO NA CONTEMPORANEIDADE

Resumo

RESUMO:

O presente trabalho tem como tema principal a criança com diagnóstico de autismo perpassando pela trajetória de sua terminologia. Inicialmente é apresentado um apanhado teórico sobre a história do autismo desde o primeiro diagnóstico de idiotia no famoso caso do menino selvagem, passando pela primeira definição proposta por Kanner em 1943, Asperger em 1944 até a 5ª edição do DSM em 2013. No segundo momento o texto descreve as especificidades da sintomatologia do quadro do autismo pontuando seus marcadores e suas características. No terceiro momento foram abordadas justificativas das possíveis causas para o diagnóstico do autismo, como também as linhas de tratamento até mesmo as prejudiciais que colocam em risco a vida das crianças: a proposta de identificação do diagnóstico precoce através dos IRDIs (Indicadores de Risco de Desenvolvimento Infantil) e a obrigatoriedade pela via legal de sua aplicação no SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde). A crescente demanda oriunda do universo escolar através de encaminhamentos visando laudos amparados com CID justificando as problemáticas do ambiente escolar. Finaliza com ponderações sobre o lugar da Psicologia no universo da criança com diagnóstico de autismo sob uma escuta atenta evitando a patologização.

THE CHILD DIAGNOSED WITH AUTISM IN CONTEMPORARY TIMES

ABSTRACT:

The present paper has a the main theme the child diagnose with autism going throught the trajectory of it’s terminology. Initially it’s presented a theoretical set on the history of autism from the first diagnosis of idiocy in the famous case of the wild child, going through the first definition proposed by Kanner in 1943, Asperger in 1944 to the fifth edition of DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) in 2013. The paper also describes specialties of symptomatology of autism describing the markers and  characteristics of  this clinical condition. It’s also present in this work the justifications for the possible causes to the autism diagnosis and the treatment, even the harmful ones that put the patient’s life in danger:  the early diagnosis identification purposal using the Clinical Risk Indicators in Child Development and the obligatoriness in the law of it’s application on the SUS (Public Health Sistem of Brazil). The growing demand coming from the school universe through referral targeting  clinical reports supported by IDC justifying the problems in the school environment. Finishing the paper, we have ponderations on the psychology role in the child diagnosed with autism universe avoiding the pathologization of the condition.
